I have watched the years of effort and investment given to create this multi -generational project that embraces the values of our community. Environmental protections, transportation enhancements, smart energy and water efficiencies and lifestyle amenities are all offered in San Luis Ranch. San Luis Ranch meets all the requirements on city land use ordinances and laws while offering an outstanding development. Their efforts have resulted in a smart variety of home designs, and through this process, they have respectfully listened to the existing neighbors and responded positively to their concerns. Basically, San Luis Ranch has something for everyone. The developer and team can be commended for their long term commitment and investment in helping us address our housing crisis. To me, we are fortunate to have a developer who wants to create something of high value and worthy of SLO City expectations. We must help combat the fears of growth by explaining that without smart development like San Luis Ranch, our lovely community will have difficulty to thrive. We are truly at the crossroads, in sustaining economic growth and quality of life. Nurses, teachers and technology workers are all necessary for our future, and that's why this is the right time now for San Luis Ranch. Please support the application for San Luis Ranch, as it meets the high bar for development in SLO City.
