Subject: San Luis Ranch
Dear Planning Commissioners;
I am writing to urge approval of the San Luis Ranch project for the following reason:
We desperately need workforce housing and it is a high priority city goal.
We must reduce the amount of cars commuting daily in SLO since the environment is another city goal.
The project will upgrade some of our infrastructure. Another city goal.
Gary Grossman builds quality homes and this project is very well thought out.
Please don't listen to the NIMBY's. I have lived in SLO 30 years and this project fits all the parameters. Let's get
it done.
