COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ...l.._...._ _Iij For you who may be unaware, similar proposals have been denied, and one was voted down by the residents of San Luis Obispo. There is nothing new to appreciate about the current proposal. I have lived in the Laguna Lake area for thirty years. We residents have repeatedly borne the brunt of negative impacts from various developments, with no apparent concern for our neighborhoods. The Madonna Road/ Los Osos Valley Road area has become extremely congested and at some hours of the day nearly gridlocked. It is unconscionable to consider the proposal before you without requiring vast new transportation infrastructure. This is only one of about a dozen Class 1 impacts unlikely to be mitigated to less significant levels. How many does it take for a project proponent to be told "NO?" Please respect the residents of San Luis Obispo, the majority of whom have said this is not what we want in our town. Just say "NO." Christine Mulholland
