RECEIVED CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO MAY 2 6 2017 COMMUNITY D-VELOPMENT Item: Sc uv `s When the developer and his associates met with Laguna Lake neighbors at Whole Foods this spring, to discuss the project, we were told of their plans to provide for all growers in the county an onsite produce washing facility that is currently lacking in this county. Produce now must be trucked north or south for this service. The farm on San Luis Ranch intends to provide this to other farms in this area. This does not seem to be in any of the information provided to the general public. [ do not see that this has been addressed anywhere in the E1R for impacts to this areas roadways and intersections, which_ will occur_ by trucking such produce onto the farm site for processing. I brought this up during my comment time on the 24th when I referred to the need for Calle Joaquin access to the farm for any farm related business. The continuous trucking of produce to be washed will impact not only Froom and Dalidio......... what does this do to the water use of the project as a whole? Please address this. Thank you, Theodora Jones
