Thank you. Planning Commissioners, Please be the strong voice of reason when considering the San Luis Ranch project annexation and stop this from moving forward without protecting the quality of life and environment of San Luis Obispo. Please protect the trees, wildlife and prime, class 1 ag land, historical property and residents from the unmitigable effects of this unacceptable project. Traffic and circulation needs a real study, not an extrapolation from a flawed computer model. Infrastructure, including the Prado Road overpass needs to be in place first. Air quality, noise and the flight path will be health hazards that must be considered. We will be forced to live with the mistakes that are being made now by the pushing of this project through the various city departments and advisory bodies. You stand as the last chance to make this project better prior to annexation. Please take a look to the North and South of us and do not let San Luis Obispo become merely another town that was once a lovely, liveable place to live and visit in California. The power is in your hands. Thank you. Sincerely, Cheryl McLean San Luis Obispo
