Just a couple of questions that it would be nice to have answers to.
1. How can residential portion (NG 10 and NG 20) of the project be approved without a Planned Development overlay given the
lot sizes, set backs, height (NG 10) and other development standards do not conform with City Zoning Regulations?.
2. What is the actual amount in Park In lieu fees the project is paying.
3. What is the percentage of the Prado Rd overpass that the City will be responsible for.
