I urge the Planning Commission to APPROVE the proposed amendments and zoning revisions needed to progress the
Avila Ranch Project forward. There is a major shortage in housing in our area, and this project will make huge strides
in bridging the gap. The proposed "town center" and included parks will contribute to the sense of community that
makes SLO such a special place to live. I work in SLO and value the contribution to the city this project will provide.
