Air Vol Block, Inc. would like to express our support for your proposed Avila Ranch
Project.

Block The San Luis Obispo area needs additional workforce housing to support the local
economy, and the proposed updates to the local traffic flow in the area of our
manufacturing plant will make it safer for our employees and our customers! We are
H.ody especially appreciative of these two facets of the traffic mitigation plan:

y� 1. Addition of a dedicated left -turn signal light on southbound South Higuera
® Street turning onto Suburban Road. Currently, there is no traffic signal for
MMIX those making that left turn onto Suburban Road, and traffic collisions are
frequent at that intersection.
2. Extending Buckley Road to intersect with South Higuera in proximity to the
canarefa Octagon Barn. The current Vachell Lane intersection with South Higuera is
Favors extremely dangerous, and very difficult to safely navigate in its current state.
We appreciate your efforts to stop potential conflicts regarding sound emanating from
