As a follow up to the City Council meeting on July 5 and the direction to Staff, Staff has prepared the

Memorandum that was distributed to City Council on Friday, July 14.
Gary Grossman and his Project Team are in agreement with the language included in the two added Conditions
of Approval regarding traffic monitoring and bike infrastructure improvements; and the two additions to the
Section 24. Extraordinary Benefits of the Term Sheet, subsection b. relating to Workforce Housing and
subsection c. relating to Sustainability.
These last additions are in full accordance with the unanimous recommendations we have received from the
various City advisory bodies and ALUC.
Please let us know if you have any questions, or require additional information.
