To whom it may concern,
I am deeply concerned by the City's decision to revisit their final acceptance and deem the building at 1135
Santa Rosa a public nuisance. The building was constructed in compliance with the permits, and final approval
of the building has occurred. To revise the requirements after acceptance is unfair and potentially illegal, and
does not portray the City as an impartial and transparent government organization. The building owner can
only be held responsible for complying with the written and agreed to design criteria set forth by the City.
Written acceptance and final inspections have occurred, the building should be left as-is, and the owner
should not be subject to or responsible for the costs associated with any additional changes the ARB or City
are now attempting to impose.
