Regarding the up coming debate concerning color and design of the Stalwork Building. I do not find the color
objectionable, I do however find Stalwok's rather cavalier dismissal of the Architectural committee's concerns very
objectionable. Apparently Stalwork chose to unilaterally change the design, and color approved by the city and now
they want the Council to retroactively endorse their actions. I urge you to support the ARC and city staff,and send the
strongest possible message to Stalwork that this kind of behavior by developers will not be tolerated. Specifically, tell
them to change the color and design to meet the approved plan and fine them for every day they are not in
