Subject:extended winter hours, cerro san luis
Hello,
I was recently made aware of Item 10 on the 10/17/17 agenda for the city council meeting
(allowing acces to cerro san luis to 830pm.)
I would fully support such a measure, as the fall and winter daylight hours limit the use of the
open space for users with 9-5 jobs... I work in the bicycle industry, designing and manufacturing
mountain bike parts... cerro san luis has been a HUGE benefit to e personally and professionally
for the last 20 years... closing of the mountain at dusk during winter really limits my ability to
conduct R&D and fitness training, both of which are vital to my success in SLO...
