FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, 22 North
Chorro Project Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE,- an
irrevocable easement for public street and utilities purposes upon, over, under and across a portion
of certain property described as Lots 1, 2, 6, and a portion of Lot 3 of Mt. Pleasanton Square No. 2,
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map
recorded May 21, 1928 in Book 3 at Page 104 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, as described in the Notice of Merger and Certificate of Subdivision Compliance recorded
on April 28, 2017, as Document Number 2017-018533 in the office of the County Recorder of said
County. Said irrevocable easement offer is described as follows:
