Subject:Preferred alternative bike route
Hello~
I support the preferred alternative route. I commute to school (Bishops Peak Elementary) five days a week along this
route. I would much prefer biking separately from cars as there are drivers who cut too close to bikes who are sharing
the lane legally. Not because they are rude drivers, but because it is awkward to marge nicely when traveling at different
speeds.
It’s important to honor cyclists who are trying their best to be active and environmentally friendly as well.
I think the Morro Street Blvd is a great example to learn from.
