Subject:Consent Agenda Item 11: Anholm Bikeway Plan
Madam Mayor and Council,
First of all, thank you for supporting the implementation of the northern and southern sections of the Anholm Bikeway
project. The last meeting was very difficult and I think you make a tough decision to keep this project moving. That said,
please consider pulling the Anholm Bikeway Plan resolution (item 11) from the consent agenda. The reason I'm asking
for the resolution to be pulled is that it does not have a timeline for staff to present a new approach for the middle
section (Lincoln to Ramona). I believe the current council is very well qualified and should make a decision on the middle
section before the upcoming election.
