Subject:Anholm bikeway off consent agenda
Dear Council,
Please consider removing the Anholm Bikeway Plan from the consent agenda February 20th. In my opinion the
resolution does not adequately reflect the sentiment of the council from the February 6th meeting. Let’s give staff some
more direction on moving forward with Phase I and coming up with a better plan for the middle section of the Bikeway.
Also, this may be for staff, but let’s consider rebranding to the Anholm Safety Corridor or Anholm Complete Streets
Project as there are many pedestrian improvements included as well. Hopefully we can make streets safer for all users!
