MINUTES OF JANUARY 22, 2018
1. Approve minutes of the January 22, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee on items not on the
agenda. Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary,
may be scheduled for a future meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
NOTE: The action of the CHC is a recommendation to the Community Development Director,
another advisory body, or City Council and, therefore, is not final and cannot be appealed.
3. 667 Monterey Street. Review of revisions to a previously approved Monterey Place mixed-
use project in the Downtown Historic District which includes 28 dwelling units and 8,500
square feet of commercial space including office, retail, and restaurant space, with an
addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted with the previous project approval
(ER 43-11). The addendum finds that the revised project will not have significant effects not
discussed in the previous Mitigated Negative Declaration and preparation of subsequent
Negative Declaration is not required pursuant to CEQA Section 15164. Case #: ARCH-4311-
