Approve minutes of the January 22, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee on items not on the agenda. Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION 2. Presentation by the Northern Chumash Tribe of San Luis Obispo County and Region. Review of revisions to a previously approved Monterey Place mixed- use project in the Downtown Historic District which includes 28 dwelling units and 8,500 square feet of commercial space including office, retail, and restaurant space, with an addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted with the previous project approval (ER 43-11). The addendum finds that the revised project will not have significant effects not discussed in the previous Mitigated Negative Declaration and preparation of subsequent Negative Declaration is not required pursuant to CEQA Section 15164.
