Regarding 570,578,590 and 581 Marsh St.
I support infill development that meets the City of San Luis Obispo's guidelines which this development appears to have
done. There have been a number of reviews of this project and referring to pg. ARC4-9 the City has found the project is
consistent with development standards applicable to the site. If the developer has done what he is supposed to do, and
followed your recommendations and guidelines then I would encourage you to move this along as stated in the
Resolution. Thank you for your time.
