To the ARC members,
I am writing today to express my strong opposition to the project at 790 Foothill.
As a critical care RN at Sierra Vista I have seen the danger first hand that highly trafficked areas can cause to motorists,
bicyclists, and pedestrians alike. My concern is that this project will only increase these safety concerns in an already
chaotic intersection.
I am also concerned with the mental wellbeing of my community when we eliminate views of our hillsides and open
spaces, something that the current project at 22 Chorro has already impacted.
If this project must go forward please at least take in these considerations and enforce our height and footprint
restrictions so that our city can still be the wonderful place it is to live.
