Hello Architectural Review Committee‐
Thank you for your time helping to keep our beautiful San Luis Obispo charming.
If you have a chance to drive by 22 Chorro please do so. Look at how the views are blocked and how it sits right on the
street. It is huge and ugly. We have the same developer trying to build another huge monstrosity at 790 Foothill. I won’t
go into all the discussion about lack of water, SLO’s infrastructure and traffic congestion on Foothill.
That is not your Committee’s area, though they all go hand in hand. Just please look at the 22 Chorro project and then if
790 goes forward make it better. Have the design be something we can look at without it hurt our eyes. Be the voice of
reason. Better yet, just say no.
