of development costs and infrastructure . We believe that this should stand as it is,and not
be changed as proposed by the consultant . These fees and costs should not be carried b y
the city.
The question we have is there any published material that identifies a correlatio n
between reducing these costs and increasing the growth of bead of household jobs . We
believe not .
Any decisions to generate urban sprawl should not be accommodated by this city .
Urban sprawl is contrary to the characteristics and qualities we are desperately trying to
embrace for the city of San Luis Obispo .
