Approve minutes of the April 23, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee on items not on the agenda. Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. PRESENTATION 2. Proposed Development Review Process Changes (Michael Codron, Community Development Director) PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS NOTE: The action of the CHC is a recommendation to the Community Development Director, another advisory body, or City Council and, therefore, is not final and cannot be appealed. 3. 1815 Monterey Street. Review of the proposed rehabilitation of the Master List Monday Club property including new restroom facilities, office addition, and landscape renovation, with a categorical exemption from environmental review. Case #: ARCH-1118-2017, C-T- S and C/OS-5 zone; Monday Clubhouse Conservancy, applicant (Kip Morais) San Luis Obispo – Cultural Heritage Committee Agenda of May 21, 2018 Page 2 4. 679 Monterey Street. Review of the construction of a single-family dwelling and construction of a deck addition to an existing Contributing list property in the Downtown Historic District; with a categorical exemption from environmental review; Case #: ARCH- 1236-2017 and USE-1432-2018; C-D-S-H Zone; Bill Walter, applicant (Walter Oetzell) 5. 1568, 1582, and 1592 Higuera St., and 1061 Grove St. Request to include two properties on the City's Inventory of Historic Resources as Master List Historic Resources, with a categorical exemption from environmental review; Case #: HIST-1458-2018, O Zone; Thomas Menzie Cliff, applicant (Walter Oetzell) 6. 1037 Leff Street. Conceptual review of a three story, two-bedroom addition, to an existing one-bedroom single-story residence located behind a Contributing list historic resource, within the Old Town Historic District, R-3-H zone; Case #: ARCH-1238-2017, R-3-H zone; Melissa Allan, applicant (Kip Morais) COMMENT AND DISCUSSION 7.
