And, the number of parking spaces that the builder is proposing in this new building is only sufficient for the number of
renters for the reasons I stated above. Humans are not commonly patient people and therefore will not wait for a lift
system to load their car in and out of the building. They will find other surrounding area parking to park their vehicles.
This structure should be built with a parking structure with ramps and not a lift system. When I speak of alternate

parking locations I speak of the parking lot that serves the customers other Foothill Plaza. The property owners and
businesses in the center will not allow this.
