I object to the request for an exemption. The height of the proposed building is out of proportion to the surrounding
neighborhood. It would not blend in, it would dominate. It would not be visually attractive and harmonious with its
surroundings. Secondly, the parking is inadequate. Street parking is already at maximum capacity on the adjacent
streets. The proposal does not address the parking issue by providing sufficient on site parking. I request a no vote on
