Subject: C-R zoned properties west of Santa Rosa

As we discussed by phone, I would like to suggest the Planning Commission consider including the additional block of
Monterey Street west of the rail road right of way to California be included in the proposed overlay zone. Including this
block was discussed in the LUCE and downtown concept plan as an option worthy of consideration.
As we all know this block, if not already will soon be in the path of redevelopment and it seems appropriate that it be
allowed the same development rights as the adjacent block.
