Subject:Bressi Place Zoning Overlay
Hello!
I live at 122 Bressi Place. We are anticipating finalization of the subdivision of the 4 houses on Bressi Place to separate
them from the larger Bressi Ranch property.
I am concerned that the new S overlay is being processed BEFORE the subdivision and therefore will include the 4
residential lots that currently have homes on them (114, 115, 122, 123 Bressi Place). I would like to request that the city
instead complete the subdivision (MS 32-14 submitted in 09/2015) PRIOR TO revising the zoning of the property, and
apply the new S designation to only the remaining contiguous parcels at 141, 159, & 161 Broad Street. I am in favor of
the S overlay with this modification.
The fours homes on Bressi Place have already been developed and are therefore not part of the wildlife area. These
homes should therefore not have restrictions placed on future landscape and building improvements above what is
normal for an existing R-1 residential area.
Sincerely,
