First it was mustang village then stenner Glenn and Tropicana village. Which is now a very functional retirment home. If you insist on high density dwellings than coordinate with cal poly on there land though it was enough when that sub divission was built on highland drive that was suppose to be facility housing but no one could afford them so you opened them up to the public and you closed north Chrro of to traffic heading south from hwy 1. Lets think about traffic and kids on bike's where are they going to park there cars not in my neighboorhood! How about yours? and noise??? Your general plan is missing a lot? I think you need a full range environmental impact report if your going to consider more of these model building designs as well don't forget mitigation measures during all phases to offset impacts to taxpaying comunity members who will be stuck in traffic, loose Sun light and views from towering buildings trash to see and pick up and did I mention roming transientCalpoly student populations? come on keep the students close to the campus. I really believe the campus administration in the very least should provide free internet to the community as a whole for the the impacts they are creating in our once nice little town. I vote no on your new building site regardless of how you plan to mitigate send a message back to the developer that snake in the grass that we do things the right way here in so I town! 1
