Subject:San Luis Ranch Support
Dear Mayor Harmon & Councilmembers
I am emailing to encourage you to support the San Luis Ranch project. As a long time resident of San Luis
Obispo and a current House Hunter, the lack of inventory on the market for quality and affordable housing is
disappointing and demoralizing. The San Luis Ranch project will help add much-needed housing to the
community that is essential for our community development.
I love living in San Luis Obispo and I want to spend and keep my dollars here in the City of San Luis Obispo. It
would be disappointing to have to choose to live away from this area.
Also, as someone who recruits staff to work at Cal Poly, the lack of and cost of housing is always a concern
when accepting the job and it would be great to have options for potential staff members.
