PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Board on items that are not on the
agenda. Persons wishing to speak should come forward and state their name and address.
Comments should be limited to three minutes per person. State law does not allow the Board to
discuss or take action on issues not on the agenda, except that members of the Board or staff may
briefly respond to statements made or questions posed by persons exercising their public
testimony rights (Gov Code § 54954.2). Staff may be asked to follow up on such items.
CONSENT ITEMS
C1. Minutes of August 14, 2018 Administrative Review Board Special Meeting:
Review and approve the Minutes of the Administrative Review Board meeting of
August 14, 2018.
BUSINESS ITEMS
B1. 2019-21 Financial Plan Major City Goals: Receive and consider a presentation from
the Finance Department titled "Advisory Bodies 2019-21 Financial Plan Goal Setting
Parameters," before discussing Goals to be recommended to the City Council for their
consideration.

APPEALS
Any decision of the Administrative Review Board is final unless appealed to the Superior
Court. Filing for de novo review must be done within 20 days of the Board's decision pursuant
to California Government Code Section 53069.4. To challenge the decision by writ, please refer
to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5 or consult an attorney.
ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the Administrative Review Board is scheduled for Tuesday,
October 9, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the City Fall. — Council Hearing Room at: 990 Palm Street,
San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
