CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
1.Approve minutes of the July 23, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee on items not on the
agenda. Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary,
may be scheduled for a future meeting.
BUSINESS ITEM
2.Update and discussion on status of cultural resource mitigation measures in the San Luis
Ranch Specific Plan EIR for historic-period architectural resources (Brian Leveille,
Senior Planner)

NOTE: The action of the CHC is a recommendation to the Community Development Director,
another advisory body, or City Council and, therefore, is not final and cannot be appealed.

The next Regular Cultural Heritage Committee Meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 22,
2018 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
