Here it is: *** Regarding the proposed Bob Jones extension from Prefumo Creek to Oceanaire: that path really only serves a small part of the community, and only gets them to Target etc. (the big box stores). It is not a terribly connective proposed stretch. Not a ton of users will benefit from construction of that segment. If possible, that money should be used instead for a path that parallels S. Higuera and gets all people on S. Higuera (including Avila Ranch residents) to downtown. That would be WAY more utilized and a far better use of money, in my opinion. Please see page A-77 in the Bicycle Transportation Plan to view what I'm talking about. On page A-77, there are two green segments to be seen. The western one, the shorter one, is the Prefumo Creek to Oceanaire extension that I do not think should be prioritized or funded.. The east segment, the longer one, is the route I'm referring to that should be prioritized instead. Thank you,
