I am in support of establishing fines for the parking violations listed. However, I am curious about three things regarding
EV parking.
1) Does the EV parking violation apply to private parking lots such as Home Depot and Target?
2) If so, who is responsible for posting appropriate signage for Electric Vehicle parking on private property?
3) Can a private individual take a picture of a violation and submit that to the police for action? I have twice reported EV
parking violations but the violator left the parking lot before the police arrived.
