1. Minutes of the Administrative Review Board of September 11, 2018:
Review and approve the Minutes of the September 11, 2018 meeting of the Administrative

BUSINESS ITEMS
2. 2019-21 Financial Plan Major City Goals: Review the staff report in support of the Final
Draft of the 2019-21 Financial Plan Proposed Major City Goals of the Administrative Review
Board. Finalize the document before forwarding to the Finance Department for presentation
to the City Council.
APPEALS
Any decision of the Administrative Review Board is final unless appealed to the Superior Court.
Filing for de novo review within 20 days of the Board's decision -pursuant to California
Government Code Section 53069.4. To challenge the decision by writ, please refer to California
Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5 or consult an attorney.

The Administrative Review Board meeting of November 13, 2018 has been cancelled.
The next Regular Meeting of the Administrative Review Board is scheduled for Tuesday,
December 11, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room, 990 Palm Street, San Luis
