Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES 1. Approve minutes of the October 22, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS NOTE: The action of the CHC is a recommendation to the Community Development Director, another advisory body, or City Council and, therefore, is no t final and cannot be appealed. 2. 1144 Chorro Street. Conceptual review of a proposed six-story mixed use building with a maximum height of 75-feet adjacent to the Master List Historic Structure Hotel Wineman within the Downtown Historic District; Case #: 1903-2018, C-D-H Zone; Mark Rawson, applicant. Architectural Review of facade modifications to a Contributing List Resource in the Downtown Historic District; Case #: ARCH-1885-2018, C-D-H Zone; Danny Freitas, applicant.
