Subject: Proposed project at 1144 Chorro
To whom it concerns
I am writing to formally express a concern over the proposed 6 story mixed use building at 1144 Chorro
I support the improvements downtown and the addition of mixed use buildings. This proposal however seems to have
too many stories(6 stories and a height of 75’) to stay in keeping the other historical buildings of the area. Further more
parking continues to be a major concern and killing the downtown. I would like to see that prior to any approvals or
support the project provide for a solid parking plan that would be in place prior to it opening
