This property will help lower rent for students as it can accommodate them comfortably as well as parking. We have not had any issues in the past with our tenants and feel given the location this should be a good candidate for the high density. Many of the neighbors are students however the next door neighbor lives there with her family. The students has been considerate to her and her family and we have even paid to trim her large palm trees as she didn’t want to i. Order to alleviate her palm leaves from causing damage on her and our property as she stated she didn’t have funds to do so.
