Dear Mayor and Council members,
We are opposed to this project for the many reasons that have already been mentioned.
This is a massive building which certainly does not fit in the neighborhood. 22 Chorro is massive enough besides being
ugly. Have you looked at the width of Chorro as it goes by the building? Certainly not safe for bikes!
Traffic at the Foothill /Broad /Chorro intersections will be even worse and more dangerous.
Also the affordable housing issue has not been adequately considered by the council. That issue has been addressed in
many other letters you have received.
We hope you will listen to the citizens and send this back to the developer to redesign using the suggestions from
several of the other letters.
