Subject:Foothill student housing project.
I own a student housing building on Grand Ave. and had a difficult time this last fall renting out one of the units.
This building has never had a vacancy in the last 23 years!
We have enough off-campus student housing.
Parking and traffic problems should not plague residents because the City needs money.
