CALL TO ORDER: Chair Papp ROLL CALL: Committee Members Sandy Baer, Craig Kincaid, Damon Haydu, Glen Matteson, Thom Brajkovich, Vice-Chair Shannon Larrabee, and Chair James Papp. PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee on items not on the agenda. Items raised are generally referred to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES 1. Approve minutes of the November 26, 2018 Cultural Heritage Committee meeting. PRESENTATION & DISCUSSION *2. Mission Plaza Restroom Replacements and Enhancements. Discussion of conceptual layout and design options for the Mission Plaza Restroom, Café, and Murray Adobe improvements. (Burde) This item has been pulled from the agenda and will be heard at a future committee meeting. Case #: ARCH-1574-2018, R-3-H Zone; Devin Gallagher, applicant. Architectural review of the proposed demolition and replacement of a detached studio dwelling behind the Duff House, a Master List Historic Resource in the Railroad Historic District. (Oetzell) Recommendation: Provide a recommendation to the Community Development Director regarding applicable historical preservation policies and standards. BUSINESS ITEM 3. Jack House plaque. Discussion of plaque language approved by the Jack House Committee commemorating the historic significance and National Register Status of the Master List Historic Jack House.
