Although the Commission will not take action on any item presented during the Public Comment Period, the Chair may direct staff to place an item on a future agenda for formal discussion. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES 1.Minutes of the Architectural Review Commission meetings of November 19, 2018 and December 3, 2018. Architectural review of the single-family residential building program and typical landscape plans proposed for 64 upper lots within the Righetti subdivision, including requested rear yard, lot coverage, fence, and driveway exceptions, and a determination that the project is consistent with the certified Final EIR for the Orcutt Area Specific Plan and adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Righetti Vesting Tentative Tract Map; Project Address: 3987 Orcutt Road. Case #: ARCH-1949-2018, R-1-SP zones (Orcutt Area Specific Plan); Travis Fuentez, applicant. (Scott) Recommendation: Adopt the Draft Resolution (Attachment 1), which 1) approves the project, including requested rear yard, lot coverage, fence, and driveway exceptions, based on findings, and subject to conditions, and 2) determines that the project is consistent with the certified Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Orcutt Area Specific Plan (OASP) and adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Righetti Vesting Tentative Tract Map (VTM #3063). ADJOURNMENT The Regular Meeting s of the Architectural Review Commission scheduled for Monday, February 18, 201 9 at 5:00 p.m. and Monday, February 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. have been cancelled. The next Regular Meeting of the Architectural Review Commission is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California , unless otherwise noticed. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission may file an appeal with the City Clerk. Appeal forms are available in the Community Development Department, City Clerk’s office, or on the City’s website (www.slocity.org). The appropriate appeal fee must accompany the appeal documentation. The City of San Luis Obispo wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
