Dear Heidi,
How do you plan to get your community's fair share of the $1 trillion in spending the federal
government has prioritized for infrastructure and municipal projects?
Some of this tpayer money is for your community. Or it should be. Unfortunately, some other
community will get your share unless you know how to open the right doors, work the federal grants
process, talk to the right decision makers, and actually win the funding.
If San Luis Obispo City Hall has significant infrastructure and municipal funding needs, and you're
not getting the funding your community deserves, then my firm can help you win this funding.
The Keller Partners team, located just three blocks from the White House, have helped numerous
municipalities win funding over our more than 25-year history, such as the recent$14.1 million DOT
award for Lexington's (KY) Town Branch project; $2.7 million federal grant for water infrastructure
in Williamsport (PA); $3.5 million flood control grant for Salt Lake County (UT); $613,000 FEMA
Fire Safety grant for Davenport (IA); Opportunity Zones designation for Albemarle (NC); and
many more.
Because our firm is comprised of former senior congressional and federal agency staff, we know
where the funding is, and we know how to win it for you. I'd hate to see your community miss out.
Our free FUNDING SUCCESS PLANNING GUIDE will help you estimate costs for local priorities
-including transportation, water infrastructure, economic development, broadband, fire safety/police
and much more . . . so you'11 have an idea of how much of that $1 trillion you could win.
Call me at 202-207-1145 or send me an email to TomKeller@Ke1lerPartnersCo.com to get your free
guide. You'11 find it valuable, even if you and I never have a conversation. But I urge you to hurry.
San Luis Obispo City Hall deserves its fair share of these federal funds.
Sincerely,
"` 1

P.S. Your fellow Mayors across the country are already registering their funding needs with
Washington. It's not too late-yet. So, please, request the FREE FUNDING SUCCESS
