Iii Community Benefit: The applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the City of its intent to local hiring and community support. Ii] Education Plan: A plan describing the type of cannabis education and prevention efforts that will be provided by the business to the community. Iii Security Plan: A detailed security plan outlining the measures that will be taken to ensure the safety of persons and property on the business site. The security plan must be prepared by a qualified professional. Iii Lighting Plan: A detailed lighting plan showing existing and proposed exterior and Interior lights that will provide adequate security lighting for the business site. Ii] Site and Floor Plans: A dimensioned site plan of the business site, including all buildings, structures, driveways, parking lots, landscape areas and boundaries. Also provide dimensioned fioor plans for each level of each building that makes up the business site, Including the entrances, exits, walls and cultivation areas, If applicable. Ii] Odor Control Plan: A detailed plan describing how the applicant will prevent all odors generated from the cultivation, manufacturing and storage of cannabis from escaping from the buildings on the business site, such that the odor cannot be detected by a reasonable person of normal sensitivity outside the buildings. 1!11 Hazardous Materials Plan: To the extent that the applicant Intends to use any hazardous materials in its operations, the applicant shall provide a hazardous materials management plan that compiles with all federal, state and local requirements for management of such substances. Any Commercial Cannabis Business or Commercial Cannabis Activity conducted without all required City and state permits and licenses is prohibited and unlawful and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. Grounds for Automatic Disqualification Pursuant to SLOMC 9.10.060.C.3}, Native Bliss, will ensure that: None of its officers, directors or owners, or any person listed in the application,: has been convicted of any felony or offense referenced in Business and Professions Code Section 26057; or Has been subject to fines, penalties, or sanctions for cultivation or production of a controlled substance on public or private lands or for unauthorized commercial cannabis activities as specified in Business and Professions Code Section 26057; or Has had a commercial cannabis license suspended or revoked by the State of California or any city or county in any state, within the three years preceding the date the application Is filed, or Is Ineligible to apply for a state cannabis license. Working with focal law enforcement and city officials, Kirk produced compliant cannabis medicinal products for patients qualifying under Prop 215. As a chiropractor, Kirk has spent his career devoted to providing pain management and relief for individuals struggling to navigate debilitating conditions, without the use of highly addictive opioids.
