The submitted drawings provide bicycle, motorcycle, and vehicle parking calculations, however, accessible (per ADA) and EV charging stations (per SLO Municipal Code Chapter 17.72.040) calculations are not provided. Per code, at least 10% of the multi-family residential and non-residential parking must provide EV charging stations—see code excerpt below. Therefore, for the 1,101 vehicular parking provided, a minimum 111 (rounded up) spaces must include EV charging. This should be demonstrated on the cover sheet and site plan for the planning submittal as it is a zoning regulations issue. City of San Luis Obispo Municipal Code: Chapter 17.72.040 A. Parking spaces for electric vehicles shall be provided for all uses as indicated in Table 3-5: Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking or in accordance with the requirements of the California Green Building Standards Code and any local amendments thereto, whichever yields the greater number of spaces. All such spaces shall count toward the minimum required parking spaces. C. Any charging or similar equipment shall not be placed within the required parking space dimensions and shall not obstruct any pedestrian path of travel. D. Electric vehicle charging equipment shall be provided for all new developments and whenever a substantial addition to and existing development is proposed. (Ord. 1650 § 3 (Exh.
