Subject: Proposal on housing on Laurel Lane
I am very concerned about this development. I live on Laurel Ln and own one of the condos. Having the exits just on
Laurel is going to cause a lot of problems. With the 2 lanes we have right now on Laurel, I have to wait 5-10 minutes to
get out of the complex to get to work. If we increase more people living on this street, it will mean I will be sitting for an
hour possible to get out of the complex. I feel the city is not taking the current residences into consideration. The other
problem I have is that the current exit from the Atoll business park has there driveway right in front of my condo. I get
enough headlights in my condo and now I will get 700 plus with there headlights in my condo.
Please take what I have written into consideration.
