l<irk J. Azevedo, D.C., will be President of Native Bliss. An experienced cannabis and healthcare professional, l<irk
will retain 92 percent ownership in Native Bliss and supervise the major operations,
l<irk began his work in the field of compliant medical cannabis when he purchased property in San Luis Obispo in
early 2013, and began cultivating cannabis under the auspices of Proposition 215. Working with focal law
enforcement and city officials, Kirk produced compliant cannabis medicinal products for patients qualifying
under Prop 215.
As a chiropractor, Kirk has spent his career devoted to providing pain management and relief for individuals
struggling to navigate debilitating conditions, without the use of highly addictive opioids. He has provided
referrals of patients to physicians who could provide recommendations for local cannabis collectives and
nonprofits.
For the past three years, Kirk has expanded his skills beyond cultivation, studying under top extraction specialists
such as Professor Jerry King, and in 2015 he began Riparian Biosupport. In addition to managing 200,000 sq. ft of
canopy, as CEO of Riparian he has manufactured C02 (Apeks), kief-tumbler, rosin and ethanol, and performed
extraction, cartridge filling, topical production, winterization and clarification .

l<irk serves as an employee to cannabis companies striving to provide compliant, consistent, pharmaceutical
grade products to qualifying patients, and now for adult use consumers. His work in San Luis Obispo County both
in and out of the cannabis industry, and have given him a unique and enriched understanding of the
community's needs, both for palliative care and for the quasi-legal cannabis industry to be brought into full local
and state compliance.
Marc Bohbot
Marc Bohbot, creator and designer of multiple worldwide fashion brands and Chairman and CEO of the Standard
Oil Investment Group, will reta in 8 percent ownership and will serve as Native Bliss Vice President, advising and
executing on the financial and brand vision for the company.
Marc's journey into medicinal cannabis reflects the commitment he has to a late family friend, Adam Krief. Adam
served as an inspiration before and after his passing In 2016 from complications related to a rare form of blood
cancer. This difficult time In Marc's life gave way to a new business concept. Stepping out of fashion and real
estate, Marc teamed up with Kirk Azevedo to found Native Bliss. As a stakeholder in a retail cannabis business,
Marc Is part of a unique dynamic that allows him to serve those stricken with illness in more than one way: He
can continue to his philanthropic quest while ensuring that patients In need of relief have a safe and legal means
to obtain it.
Marc and his wife, Michele, are no strangers to charitable causes. One foundation that they are committed to is
Gift of Life, the bone marrow registry that Adam l<rief used to find his donor. Marc and Michele are also largely
committed to hiring locally, partnering with local vendors, and ensuring that competitive wages are offered. They
believe In supporting and giving back to the community, and they are devoted to ensuring that Native Bliss's
success will be one that reverberates throughout the community.
