CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
1.Minutes of the Tree Committee of February 25, 2019
PUBLIC COMMENT: At this time, people may address the Committee about items not on the
agenda. Persons wishing to speak should come forward and state their name and address.
Comments are limited to three minutes per person. Items raised at this time are generally referred
to staff and, if action by the Committee is necessary, may be scheduled for a future meeting.

5. New Business: None
Recommendation: None
6. Old Business: Contractors pruning in the Downtown core and Area 2.
Recommendation: Continue to utilize contractors for pruning and tree care in these areas.
COMMENT AND DISCUSSION
7. Arborists Report: Status of application for Tree City USA #36 – approved.
ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the Tree Committee is scheduled for Monday, April 22,
2019, at 5:00 p.m., in Conference Room A of the Corporation Yard, 25 Prado Road, San Luis
Obispo, California.
