The project site is located at 628 California Boulevard within an existing medical complex including three buildings. The proposed site improvements include parking and site access upgrades, landscaping upgrades, and a new trash enclosure (Attachment 1, Project Plans). General Location: The project site is located on an existing 91,670 square-foot lot with direct access off of California Boulevard. The property is a downward sloping lot from east to west, with an average cross slope of less than 10%.
