Thank you for your time and commitment to the Promotional Coordinating Committee. You have
generously provided countless hours planning and preparing the grant application packet and process
that is clear, concise, thorough, and efficient, you organized and conducted the application meeting and
event resource fair to provide an opportunity ity for applicants to meet the marketing partners that are
offering support to the non-profit applicants, and a special thank you to the smaller committee who read
and scored the numerous applications, and now having deliberated and prepared your preliminary
recommendations are presenting them to the PCC as a whole for a vote.
We are honored to be recommended for 2019/20 Grant -in -Aid funding.
We also would like to acknowledge and thank Molly Cano, Tourism Manager, for your leadership of the
grant application process, and Chantal Burns who provided technical assistance with the problem we
had with the digital PDF.
For 22 years the Central Coast Shakespeare Festival has transformed pastoral property into outdoor
performance space where audiences of all ages gather to enjoy family friendly "Shakespeare Under the
Stars".
Since inception, our objectives and purpose have been to:
➢ Provide affordable family -friendly local theatre of classical plays,
➢ Encourage interest and support of the arts, and
➢ Support local actors and production staff to develop their talents, and bringing communities
together to celebrate, inspire, and be inspired.
