SUBJECT: RESCHEDULE CITY COUNCIL MEETING IN OCTOBER
RECOMMENDATION
Reschedule the Regular City Council Meeting of October 15, 2019 to October 22, 2019.
DISCUSSION
The 2019 City Council meeting was approved by City Council on December 4, 2018.
Subsequent to the approval it was determined that Mayor Harmon will be unavailable for the
October 15, 2019 City Council meeting. After checking all Council Members schedules it is
recommended that this meeting be rescheduled to October 22, 2019.
Policy Context
The recommended action follows previously established practice for cancelling and rescheduling
of meetings.
Public Engagement
No public engagement was done for the adoption of the Council meeting schedule as this is an
administrative item and the meeting dates are established in the Council Policies and Procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The California Environmental Quality Act does not apply to the recommended action in this
report, because the action does not constitute a “Project” under CEQA Guidelines Sec. 15278.
FISCAL IMPACT

Funding Identified: N/A
Fiscal Analysis:
There are no fiscal impacts associated with rescheduling a Council meeting as they are already
accounted for in the annual budget.
