1. Provide dimensions on the elevations to confirm that building height is in compliance
with the 25-foot maximum parallel to finish grade.
2. All windows do not appear to comply with the approved guidelines which call for
multi-paned windows. The guidelines call for windows to be recessed a minimum of
6 inches. Floor plans do not reflect the required recess. The window schedule and
details should confirm how the requirement is met. The schedule should also reflect
how windows comply with minimum width standards for sashes and muntins.
3. The guidelines call for non-glazed flat concrete tile roofing; please specify this on
elevation call-outs.
4. As previously discussed, the amount of visible roof planes need to be minimized.
5. The landscaping plan should be amended to delete the use of turf in the street yard
(Page 35 of the guidelines).
6. Submit a copy of a letter from Cliff Branch indicating that he has reviewed and
approved the house design (Page 9 of the guidelines).
